2. Batch Drops & Made-to-Order Nature
Garments in the Batch 01 collection are limited-edition pieces produced in small atelier runs. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are made to order and require standard workshop cutting, precision embroidery, and finishing times:
- Workshop Production: 5 to 7 business days from confirmed payment settlement.
- Courier Transit: 2 to 4 business days nationwide across South Africa.
- Real-time Tracking: A live order tracking reference (format:
BL-XXXXXXXX) is issued for every confirmed order.
3. Currency, Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on this storefront are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery fees (R95 for door-to-door courier or R65 for Pargo pickup) are itemized transparently before payment and are complimentary for all orders of R850 or greater.
Payments are processed securely via Stitch Express (Instant EFT and South African bank cards). Orders enter production only once payment has been confirmed and settled.
4. Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations (ECTA s44)
In accordance with Section 44 of the ECTA, you are entitled to cancel an electronic transaction for non-personalized goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods without reason or penalty.
To initiate a cooling-off return, goods must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. For full instructions, refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
5. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Warranty
In compliance with Section 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, every garment sold by BLANFORD™ carries an implied 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, stitching, or embroidery. Defective garments will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at your choice.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All designs, graphic insignia, heraldic fox artwork, typography, and site content are proprietary to BLANFORD™. Certain outerwear items are constructed and printed on authentic Champion® brand blank shells; such references describe the physical garment blank and do not imply sponsorship or official partnership with Hanesbrands Inc.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of South Africa.
